If it isn’t blatantly obvious by now, I love trying new teas, visiting new restaurants & cafés, making SOUP, travelling and reading.
I write about things I’m enthusiastic about, excited by and that I feel will benefit my readers in some way. So, most of what I feature on here I just buy myself. Lunch in that new café I’m intrigued by, a tea brand I’ve been wanting to try for ages or a new book that has blown my mind and I’m gonna type furiously to tell you all about. You get the idea.
In the past though, I’ve been lucky enough to work with brands which sell products I’m excited about. Anything that hasn’t been bought by myself will be clearly disclosed in the post. I only feature what I feel is a great fit with my blog.
Outside of the blog, I’ve racked up quite a bit of writing experience in the past five years.
News articles, opinion pieces (I even had a year-long stint as Opinion Editor while at university), music reviews, theatre reviews, album reviews, lifestyle pieces, feature pieces.
I’ve also worked for a year & 6 months in Digital Marketing – writing blog, social media and email content for three clothing brands. You can read the content I wrote for them here, here and here
I’m open to freelance writing opportunities. The best way to reach me is via email – email@example.com or on Twitter.
